Reason for request:

Need to fix turn restrictions on jackson, amador, and for some reason on a level 2 locked parking lot road.

i think I got everything you need. WME is being reeeeallly slow and fussy for me at the moment.

If I missed anything I’ll come back and get it later.

p.s. you did OK, just remember you only have to permalink the segments which need lowering. 😉
