Reason for request: Multiple issues

  1. Split and Merge segments to correct elevation of Five Islands Rd above Park Rd. Currently at the same elevation (Park Rd runs underneath).

Level dropped. You may find that the elevation for the first section needs to be all elevated above ground level as it’s all one long bridge, in compliance with the Seagull Rule.
