# Level3→L1 Unlock: Wisconsin - 3rd Ave S Wis Rapids

Hello, could I get someone to unlock 3rd Ave S. in Wisconsin Rapids, WI? I need to change turn availabilites on that road for the parking lot road I added.

BTW, looking at the PLR (Parking Lot Roads) just to the southeast of there (see this PL [https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lon=-89.82955&lat=44.39181&zoom=7&mode=0&segments=504776790,504776787,504776784,504776760,504776763,504776757,504776738,504776736,504776740,504776737,504776739](https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lon=-89.82955&lat=44.39181&zoom=7&mode=0&segments=504776790,504776787,504776784,504776760,504776763,504776757,504776738,504776736,504776740,504776737,504776739) ) These are a bit too complex. I would reduce this to single roads, not a road for each lane. If you’re not sure what I mean, I can change these for you so you can see.

You can lock all of the roads back up now.

And if you wouldn’t mind, I’d like to see how you would draw up those PLRs.

Great! I relocked the roads and adjusted the PLR’s.
