I don’t see the PLR you are wanting to connect. Can you draw it first (leaving it disconnected) so we can have an idea of what your plans are?

It’s the existing PLR for Walgreens that was never connected up to Somerset St. I changed the geometry just now to make it more apparent.

I suggest you connect to existing junction node instead of creating a new one so close to the other or moving the ramp connection a little farther west.
