Level 2:

Reason: SR-9 is a four lane divided highway. I need these sections unlock to be able to connect the eastbound lanes.

You might want to rename SR-9 to be consistent with WV formats - either SR-9 or State Route/ State Hwy. Check with your WV Wiki page.

I was in that thread at the end. I am sticking to what the WV Wiki page says witch is SR-# for state routes and CR-# for county routes. Also SR-9 is also marked as a major Highway north of Charles Town. Should this section also be changed to major highway?

Forgot to check the FC resources (WV’s resources suck). I have reclassified it as a Major Highway. Can you please unlock this section

Upgraded that segment to MH.

Though this is left up to the States, I don’t see many appending the direction (N,S,E,W) to major or minor highways. Though it is best to be consistent.

Also review the wiki documentation on splitting roads. Portions of the old 2-way road should be used to create the new 1-way segment(s) in order to retain speed data.
