These segments need to be restricted to travel because of construction until October 5, 2016 (see http://www.hillsboroughcounty.org/index.aspx?NID=606). Both segments are now one way leading into the WalMart.

Closure has been added on New East Bay.

Closing this other segment matches what’s described on the county site, but doesn’t currently match the actual situation there (which I drive through on a regular basis). Currently (and for the last several weeks, and presumably for several weeks more at a minimum), drivers can travel north on New East Bay Rd past Nundy Ave (or take a left on to Nundy Ave), but then have to take a left into the WalMart. From the north, drivers can turn from Gibsonton Dr on to New East Bay Rd but they also have to turn into the WalMart. Then, drivers from Nundy Ave going east can legally only turn left on to New East Bay Rd (although drivers often cheat and take a right if no other cars are coming). Basically, I propose the following closures until October 5, 2016:

If the current closure is the only one left in place, I’m figuring Waze will just delete it when it sees people travelling north on New East Bay Rd.
