These segments are the entrance/exit roads to a US Military Installation and have been closed by that installation since February of '13. They are only opened for school bus and parent traffic between 7-9 A.M., and 2:15-4:15 P.M., Monday-Friday.

Set to private to block normal routing.

You cna include multiple segments in a single PL. Use the M key to toggle between single select and multi select. Or hold down the control key when selecting the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc segments.
