Reason for request: Could someone downlock the segments surrounding the private road I have put in so I can join it and allowing me to close the UR.

Updated but am unable to enable on of the turns on the southern side of the segment I have added. Even though all the surrounding segments are the right level for me to be able to edit.
Could you uplock the rest of them back to their defaults please and try and enable that turn if you can. Thanks
