A few comments:
Please don’t mix lock levels when requesting unlocks of multiple segments. It is too difficult to determine what level things should be restored to when we are done.
Also, please try to limit the number of cuts to the main road when possible. This can have an adverse effect on timing and routing and harm the experience of other users. I have eliminated a couple excessive ones already. There are a number of instances where two one way segments can be replaced with a single two-way segment. I understand the temptation to draw things hyper-realistically, but this is not necessary.
Also note that if you are drawing a new segment that starts and ends on the same existing segment, you have to manually connect one end. WME will not automatically connect both ends to the same segment. (example I fixed [here.](https://www.waze.com/editor?env=usa&lon=-73.70326&lat=45.47382&zoom=8&segments=522012157,522012158)

Relocked. I was unable to do the final unlock as the segment ID in the PL seems to no longer exist.
Please go through your PLRs and ensure that there are no turns disabled that should not be. I see a number of red arrows where I would not expect them. (Use shift-Z to show all disabled turns on screen)

Yes, Webs solved the last one in the mean time.
I already checked the turn restrictions twice, but I didn’t know of the Shift-Z, so will look at it again.
