As an aside, I read the nearby UR. You don’t need to create an “area” place in order to control Waze navigation. You can do the same for a “point” place, just position it where you want Waze to navigate to rather than where it really is (e.g. car park entrance rather than building).

Looks Like you also spotted the Left turn that was what I wanted to fix. 
So added the speed limit to the segments. So done here
As for the place the reason I changed it to area is so that the actual marked place will not move off the right location. I could see another editor moving it back. Resturant If you want to take a look and you will see the location.

I’m busy at the moment putting in speed limits for L4/L5 roads in my AM area. I’ll leave the lower-locks for those who actually want the points.
