There is a quest to divide the road.
I prefer this solution and I did not want to ask to add all these PLR
I had been debating the idea of changing this to a divided road. I know the argument could be made. But it can add its own set of challenges too. And, I had already done most of the work for this anyway. The street also got a lot of businesses added too which is good.
