Many of the segments in this permalink are out of my editable area, many others are locked at Rank 5. All are associated with the Capitol Expy and should all be set to Major Highway (instead of the current minor highway).

Not sure what to recommend for lock. Minimum 3. Some segments are currently set to 5, I am not sure that high a lock is necessary…? Between Almaden Expy and US-101, Caltrans FC classifies Capitol Expy as “other Freeway or Expy”, so if the responding editor wants to use Lock 4 that might be OK.

I’ve made the road type switch, and locked all at 4, so you can work with anything there that needs your touch, and lower some of the locks as appropriate. I’m mobile now, but can take a more thorough look over this later and see if there’s anything obviously 5 worthy. Feel free to point out any spots which you think could use the extra protection.
