There is construction on I-76 for several miles in both directions that is causing a huge number of URs due to both lane shifting (causing Waze to freak out with recalculating rates because they are travelling opposite the direction of the one-way lane) and apparently a new overpass being constructed.
I’m not sure if anything actually needs to be done, but it should at least get some attention from an experienced editor.
It looks like @MGODLEW has updated this recently, so he is probably the best person to discuss with directly.
To see also why Waze might be “freaking out” in this area, turn on the GPS layer and note how the geology of this area might be affecting GPS reception.
