Reason for request: Segment is Locked at Level 6

This segment is for a left turn from Communipaw Ave onto SR-440 S. But it’s labeled as “US-1-9 S (Truck)”, so drivers get an instruction to turn left on US 1-9, even though they’re looking at a street sign for a left on 440-S. I’m thinking this segment should be relabeled as SR-440 S.
