User reports an issue on the map.
Waze is wrong direction! Now roud to Tartu mnt 14 and 15 parkingplace from Kivisilla roud to Tartu mnt is open. From Rävala pst turn to Tartu mnt 14 is closed, ther is only people sidewalk.
