Lv3+ Unlock - Clapgate Ln, Wigan

Please could a level 3+ unlock this stretch of clapgate lane, either side of the roundabout. It doesn’t exist anymore (as identified by a user and verified by me on my way to work tonight!), and I’d like to make the necessary changes to the surrounding roads.

In my opinion, Clapgate Lane doesn’t need to be level 3 locked and it’s even debatable about it being a primary road, but that’s an aside.

Yes, it is debatable to be a primary street but it doesn’t affect the routing. It only has a slightly visual effect on client :mrgreen: Normally I don’t bother that. Just to respect the original author.
