Hi,
The right turn for [this segment](https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=4&lat=51.43599&lon=-0.12689&layers=917&segments=121628727&env=row) into Gracefield Gardens needs disallowing, as there is a central reservation in the road obstructing drivers from turning.

You might want to check again. 😉
The segment you linked doesn’t connect to Gracefield Gardens: that junction is the next one to the south and the turns are correctly restricted to reflect the central reservation.
The UR suggests a turn not allowed onto Leigham Avenue. It’s certainly allowed looking on StreetView, although it’s a long time since I made that turn. Looking at the UR tracks, the reporter might have been disagreeing with the Waze route, which was trying to route them away from the direction they actually took.
If you can’t find any evidence for a closure of Leigham Avenue or that turn, you probably need to ask the reporter for more information.
