Hi guys, see anyone can help [these URs](https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=row&lon=-1.50592&lat=54.95434&layers=389&zoom=5). Originally I found a segment with wrong direction so I misunderstood that what he mean ‘direction’. I corrected the direction of the segment and thought it was fixed. Obviously it wasn’t. Actually he was talking about the voice instruction instead.

Anyway, I tested the voice instruction on my phone but couldn’t get his result. Any idea?

I can’t see anything wrong with the map, nor with instructions that appear in with the URs or in the Livemap. It is quite puzzling.

Looking at the area in the client, Luke’s Ln is overlapping the A194.

Leo I see you edited it on 16th July, did you fix this or is it a rendering issue?

It is possible the as the road is too far over the client is getting confused as to which road the user is on giving unpredictable results.

Note: [status.waze.com](http://status.waze.com/2014/07/24/intl-map-tiles-were-successfully-updated-to-july-23-2014-0746-utc/) states that edits are live up to 23rd July, but I have some landmarks that are not showing in the client that were done on July 13th.

I didn’t change the geometry but only corrected the wrong direction and turn restrictions, maybe street name too. I realized the render issue but i haven’t got any wrong instructions. Why the reportor got different instruction from us? Is it possible?

Does the reporter always have the issue or just once/sometimes?

The screenshot of the route matches what the user described: “turning onto the A road, against the direction of traffic”. I think he’s complaining about what he sees on the screen, rather than the written or spoken instructions.

Tweaking the geometry might help, and maybe adding a node on the corner…
