Thank you for the example. Just to give you a little insight, this issue is most likely caused by users deleting their drives, hence why there is no comment in some URs but an email is sent (there is no way an email can be deleted the same way, or not that I’m aware of). I will provide you with another update once this has been mitigated.

Steps to reproduce this issue:
This is weird and the first time I’ve seen it.
I got an e-mail about a new UR comment but when I use the link from that e-mail to open the UR, the comment does not appear in WME.
It seems to be the correct UR as the comment makes sense in context, which leads me to believe the bug is WME and not the e-mail.
I see this in both Safari and Chrome with no scripts. My screenshot shows the e-mail and the UR.
