# Montgomery: I-85 South Lane Closure & Detour

This lane on Interstate 85 South at exit 1 is closed due to an accident that caused damage to a bridge structure.

Must detour at Exit 1 to E. South St and return to I-85 South at the next I-85 South on ramp at S. Court St.

ETA per the article is unknown pending the determination of the extent of the damage.

I had this closed from within the first hour it happened yesterday. It has since been reopened, this morning, with the two left lanes. We have updated the map accordingly and reopened the route. Thanks.
