Can somebody at Level 4 please lower these two segments to Level 3 so I can deal with a user-reported long-term road closure.

Road closure implemented as a time-based restriction until the end of October and ask the original reported to advise if they become aware of different dates. You can re-lock if you see the need, or leave as-is until October/November.
