I’m an Area Manager for Tanzania, and trying to map out a city in Tanzania. Most of the roads are locked at 6. If I can get these segments below downlocked to 3, this would really be helpful:

Thanks for helping with this. However, only some of the segments within the PLs provided, were unlocked. These remaining roads still need to be DL’d to at least L3 (If the links are not capturing properly, the majority of what is locked at 5 and 6 are the Primary Roads, Minor and Major Highway roads):
