It seems that my score in the dasbord dosent update my score anymore. it say that the rank was last updated 6.1.10.
My routs seems to be uploaded and it say that the last update was 6.3.10…why isent my rank updateing?
i live in Norway and i use word.waze.com

I have the same trouble, but not always 8 of 10 times is the scorebord 0 point, and no tracks. Later on same day I can logon and se my stats.

Are you sure you logged into the correct server? Depending on your location you need to either be at “www.waze.com” or “world.waze.com”. Check the URL when you experience this problem.
…and again, the question if waze is doing its updates generates a lot of unnecessary forumtraffic.
If there where a server-status-page, every user could know what is happening and why there are no updates.

Im also having this problem, i saved my route on my Iphone 4 at 5:00am this morning GMT its now 23:00 and it isn’t showing on http://www.waze.com/dashboard or http://world.waze.com/dashboard/

It won’t be that fast. Route processing is scheduled once a day. So allow 24 to 48 hours.

Caveat is as long as their isn’t some big mass update going on in the background… that is why some of us have been pushing for a server status page, so at least people can have a hint that things are behind for a reason.
my dashboard shows my last “your routes update” at 10/19/10 but it’s now 10/26/10. i’ve recorded two new subdivisions since 10/19 but haven’t seen them, or any other routes since. as of today it says “Last update: 10.25.2010” but what’s happened to all my routes and new roads?
Don’t pay attention to the “last update” date… it isn’t very useful.
My most recent routes on my dashboard are from the 19th as well… and same with other people. There are a few other topics discussing this on the forum. Don’t worry, your routes aren’t lost… the servers are just behind. Keep checking back, they’ll show up.
