Need a segment of Elden St in Herndon Unlocked

You can not turn left from Lynn St heading south onto Elden St in Herndon, Virginia. You must turn right.

However, because the east segment of Elden Street Lynn street connects to is locked the turn can not be set from green to red.

I found the intersection you described and created the turn restriction, and mark the two URs as Solved.
