There’s a UR that Carter St is closed for a long-term construction project; rather than trying to guess what exactly is closed, is there anybody local who can take a look at this? I’m happy to help with any unlocks up to L3 if needed.
What is closed is Beech St. from Carter Street to Maple St. Yes, it is a long-term construction for a Holiday Inn Express that is being built in that area. However, the street is re-opened every night to allow for traffic to go through and closed during the day for construction purposes. I explained that in a response to the initial UR.
Someone should probably add turn restrictions then.
The problem is we do not know when the streets will be closed, when they will be open, and what days the closures will occur. I will see if I can get more information on this.
