I’m not sure why, but I guess the problem is that there is a service added from the app that do not exist in WME or in the back end.
I couldn’t fix it. I had to create a whole new place in WME with the settings. I saved the image that was submitted with the PUR and added that to my own new place in WME.
I have seen this happen a few times now and know what the issue is, just can’t figure out how to create the issue.
Temporarily change the venue to a parking lot and look in the More Info tab. That is your issue. Uncheck the “security” option, convert back to “Farm” and save
The issue is actually app related.
Apparently when a person adds services to a venue in the app, they are allowed to choose parking lot services as well. Since they are not valid for regular venues, they are hidden.

Having an issue with the issue tracker. Was filtering by Map Area initially, but when I changed to filter by Managed Area and then back to Map Area, no issues will show. Parameters below are unchanged. Now my URs and PURs will only show when I filter by managed area.
Could you please record a video next time, when you manage to reproduce the issue? The team is working on fixing this problem, I will keep you posted about updates.
When is this bug going to be fixed? It has been several months now and makes working Places near impossible so incorrect information is on the map in some of these places or they have sat as PURs for months now and we can’t action them. A bug like this shouldn’t be prioritized so low and should have been fixed within a few weeks (at most) of the initial report.
