Hello,
I have trouble trying to select the Map suggestion dropdown menu, I can’t select options, menu dissapear while hovering cursor on it.

I’ve tried changing screen resolution and scale but it didn’t work.

Windows 11
Screen 1920x1080 (recommended) Scale 125% (recommended). Tried changing to 100% didn’t work.

Thanks for the feedback! Could you try disabling scripts and seeing if the issue persists? Please share the link to the suggestion as well.

Scripts disabled, issue persist when trying to select options to reject ANY suggestion.
The problem also appears when trying to add a place like Car Services (the only one with a drop-down menu) but it is solved by reducing the screen scale from 125% to 100%. Although the problem with the Reject button has not been solved by reducing the screen scale as you can see in the video below. I think the problem is related to the scroll bar.

Hi,

I have this strange behavior. I’m currently setting all closure for the European Championship Cycling.
As not all info is available at once and it’s a bunch of work, this is spread over several days.
This works fine for new closures, but when one want to duplicate or apply closures to other segments, I get this:provider.png

Thing is, that I never set a provider when creating a closure. It is set automatically and only the day after. I can duplicate/apply closures at the same moment as I set the original, but never the next day(s).
Thing is that I can’t change the provider afterwards. Only when creating and duplicating (where I need to set explicitly to ‘none’ each time in order to make it work) let you choose a provider, editing a closure doesn’t even show the provider or let you change it.
This make it very annoying and a time consuming task.
Can this be fixed pls?

I have responded to you in another post. It would be very helpful if you could provide links to examples of closures where the issue occurs, as well as the steps to reproduce the problem.

@Nataliia_Staff any news on this? Is it a front- or a backend bug? This in order to know if I need to make a beta bug report (although it happens in prod too).
It’s very annoying, certainly in these busy time of the European Championships Cycling. A quick fix is more than welcome.

Hi,
Another issue where it’s difficult to pinpoint whether it’s back- or frontend or even the app.

I see lately more and more PURs with only thisPUR.png
As they are all similar in spelling (starting with a single quote), capitals and no additional info one might suspect that it’s an automated message.
Where does it come from, what’s the issue and how should we handle this?

@Nataliia_Staff any updates at all on my last two posts? The first issue is a really pain. We needed to chance some details on closures for the European Championships Cycling and things were hindered seriously due to this.
