New Editor version 2.71-2

It appears that the turn instruction icons shown with URs are being displayed below the suggested route highlighting making them a little difficult to see

Thanks, these URs you mentioned are now in my feed as well but there seems to be an extreme delay in the URs. I’m still waiting for a UR I sent 44 hours ago. EDIT: UR appeared after 71/72 hours.

Besides that there is another problem with the messages in the feed: The selected UR is no longer shifted a few pixels to the right and clicking on “Next issue” or “Next update request” doesn’t open the next UR. For me, it works for exactly one UR that I get to the next UR, from the second UR onwards it no longer works. After reloading the tab I can click on “Next issue/update request” again for exactly one UR to open the next UR, but then it no longer works.

Regards, Stefan

Unfortunately, not exactly. When you duplicate a closure, if the HOV checkbox was checked on the original, the checkbox is not checked on the duplicate. I would have expected that the HOV checkbox setting would also be duplicated.

Thank you for the report.

Gentlemen, how are you?

You have probably already received this order and you must have some reason for not being deployed. The question is, why is it not possible to simulate routing through WME during edits to see if the changes made have had an effect as expected in Waze?

Thanks and sorry if the question has already been answered before.

As you know the changes applied to the map will be effective only ~24hr+ after.
Simulating the routing right after the changes are made it will not have any impact and a simulator implementation in WME it’s not trivial.

At the same routes can be tested in the livemap.

Was another version just posted that is not announced?

Do you mean another production version?
No new production version was released.

Ok. Thanks. Lots of scripts were broken that night. Usually a signal that another release was pushed. This time it was another script that they all used.

A new version was released to beta around that time, the script writers are already working on adapting the scripts.

Yes, but the scripts also broke in production WME on Thursday night US time. (Mostly fixed now.)

This was caused by an issue with the Waze Wrap script and not WME, it has already been corrected.
