New I-65 ramps near Birmingham

User reports new I-65 entrance here:
https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=7&lat=33.56154&lon=-86.82905&mapUpdateRequest=3606686&env=usa&layers=900

There are two other UR’s in the immediate area.

Possibly may need to update arrow restrictions here which is locked at level 5:
https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=6&lat=33.56242&lon=-86.82592&mapUpdateRequest=3606686&env=usa&layers=900&segments=61267384

And add new off-ramp as Bing shows here:
http://binged.it/1pERseZ

It would be good if someone more familiar with the area than me could edit this area.

Researching. Official web site may not be up-to-date. Pretty obvious user took new ramp.

Edit: Updated appropriate turn restrictions and connected new ramp to I-65 N.

I noticed arrows for straight-ahead and right turn at this junction are still restricted. Left turn is not restricted.

Straight-ahead arrow

Right turn arrow:
https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=6&lat=33.56242&lon=-86.82592&mapUpdateRequest=3606686&env=usa&layers=900&segments=79928134

Should these arrows be updated as well? Thanks!

These are correct as is. We restrict the possibility of Waze routing users off an exit ramp only to route them back on the interstate. On the 2nd one, please closely study why the turns are restricted and while doing so, look at the Daniel Payne segments on both sides of that. I expect you’ll figure out why the restrictions are correct, as is, but please advise if not.

Best,

You’re right. Looks good. Thanks for educating me!
