So, how does one go about ‘adding’ friends on Waze? I talked a few friends into using the app and want to be able to ‘friend’ them but not sure how to do so~
In the dashboard be sure to select Facebook connect so your Waze account is connected to your FB account. Then periodically when you know FB friends have started using Waze, select disconnect and then re-connect to FB again. They should then populate. (assuming they have also connected to FB in their Waze accounts.
It should be more automatic but for some reason, without periodically disconnecting and reconnecting to FB it isn’t.

(1) log into facebook with the waze app (it’s under “social networking”)
(2) have your friends do the same
Oops forgot the within app portion as well, but you still need to do the Dashboard steps as well.
How to I transfer all my history and favorites to a new Android phone?
I do not believe you can. Favorites will transfer once you log in, assuming you have been using a real Waze account and not facebook login. But nav history will not.
