Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue:
Create a note over the Junction Box.
If Note is not partially off the JB region, it can not be selected.
It is problematic since JB can not be edited (moved) and is available only from L5.
In the permalink there is a region note and the point note.

Environment where the bug occurs…:

Hi @brtszk,

I’m checking if this is working as designed. In the meantime, this can be worked around by switching off the JB layer.

Edited: I have opened an internal ticket to clarify the intended behavior/see whether it can be optimized.

noted, but if the more convenient approach is possible, like dynamically putting smaller elements on top, please consider it.
