I don’t know if there has been an official change by the Fortaleza traffic authority, but it seems that left turns are prohibited at the intersection of Av. Dioguinho and Av. Renato Braga. This is due to the high number of URs created in recent days.

This section of Luiza Miranda Coelho Street was closed today for sanitation work for a new building under construction. There is no information on how long it will remain closed. I suggest setting the closure for one week.

Traffic in Tianguá undergoes changes implemented by the STT
→ Section of Teófilo Ramos St. between Presbítero João Rodolfo Pessoa St. and Lair Félix Nunes Ave. is now one-way, in the North->South direction.

Setran implements traffic direction change around Praça do Amor
“The City of Sobral, through the Traffic Department (Setran), will implement a traffic direction change on R. Cel. Antônio Regino do Amaral, around Praça Clodoveu Arruda (Praça do Amor), this Tuesday (14).
The change takes effect starting at 6:00 a.m. this Wednesday (15) and establishes a one-way system in the section, heading towards Av. Dom José.”

Setran implements change in traffic direction on Rua Professora Hilma Girão Borges
“Setran informs that, starting at 7 a.m. this Friday (10/17), a change in the traffic direction will be implemented on R. Professora Hilma Girão Borges, which will become one-way 
in the section between R. Dom Lourenço and R. Maria Alice Barreto Lima (in that direction). The change goes into effect this Friday at 5 p.m.”
