I just found out that a major construction project in João Pessoa is finished and fully signposted, but it’s been neglected and the traffic flow is a mess.

Government Completes Infrastructure Works in Alhandra
“The implementation and paving works of the PB-036, on the Alhandra/PB-008 junction/Barra do Abiaí section, delivered by the head of the state Executive, which also benefit the populations of Caaporã, Conde, and Pitimbu, represent more than R$ 19.7 million in resources. With a length of 12.36 km, the services aim to modernize and expand the state highway infrastructure, meet the demands of residents and drivers who use the road daily, and promote the flow of visitors, boosting bars, inns, restaurants, and local trade.”

Semob-JP implements a temporary closure on Mirian Barreto Street for Seinfra services
It was necessary to change a one-way street to two-way and create two detours.
Semob-JP implemented, this Wednesday (1st), one-way traffic on Campos Sales Ave., in Bessa, with the objective of reducing accidents and organizing the flow at the intersection with Tertuliano de Castro St.
