I’m a level 4 editor from Zaragoza and I could give you a hand with that.
I’d say you can “suggest edits.” Even though you’re level 1, you can make the necessary changes, and a higher-level editor or someone with editing permissions for that area can approve them.
So I encourage you to make the changes and let me know via private message when you do so I can approve them.
Hello again, with the project now completed, the last remaining roundabout came into operation today, and it is likely the most important one due to all its connections. Being level 1, I cannot even propose the new roundabout; I would like to ask for help from experienced Zaragoza editors like @Amroth80, who has been helping me so far.
I am leaving the technical characteristics and images from the official project document here, which I confirm are faithful to the actual execution of the work.

Outer diameter of 53 meters • Two 4.25m wide circulatory lanes

1m inner and outer circulatory shoulders • Double-lane entries and exits from the N-232 in both directions, and from Av. Navarra in both directions as well (city center and connection with Camino de Garrapinillos)

Single-lane exits towards C/La Habana and towards the commercial area heading south.
