We have a section right on the CT page (that you did catch when you made your state list) just for Mapping Utilities… (http://www.waze.com/wiki/index.php/Connecticut#Mapping_Utilities)
I’ve only included state wide resources (that cover ALL of the 169 Cities & Towns) at this time because I haven’t been able to reliably find (and re-find later) up-to-date maps online from the individual Cities & Towns… But we’re a small state, and CT DOT does a great job - and their Functional Classification maps are by far the best way to determine road types in the state…
