When looking up u-turn prevention, I noticed that it lists junction boxes as being a rank 5 requirement:
[https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/USA/Junction\_Style\_Guide/Intersections#Allowing\_median\_U-turns](https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/USA/Junction_Style_Guide/Intersections#Allowing_median_U-turns)
I’d propose:
> [@](#):
>
> As of 2017, a rank {{Rank|jb}} user or above is required to install a Junction Box.
or further, removing the “As of 2017” statement:
> [@](#):
>
> A rank {{Rank|jb}} user or above is required to install a Junction Box.

Yes, remove the {{as of}}. The rank template is updated by itself, so there’s no need for this

The level restriction is definitely wrong there, and because this doesn’t seem like a controversial change I went ahead and updated that section to use the Rank template for JB (and also removed the {{as of}}). Please let me know if anyone has any concerns/additions.
Thanks!
