UR Reason: “There is a toll plaza at that point on the map that does not appear”
I simulated it in the app and the toll indeed did not show up, North and Southbound.
There are permanent alerts and the place.
The “Toll road” restriction is missing and possibly the registration of the segment IDs in the toll tool.

UR2: Permalink 2, “The plaza no longer exists. It was changed by the Free Flow system; the charging point moved and now charges in both directions”
Lock Level: 6
Reason: Delete toll. It became Free Flow at another location.
