Reason: Turn permitted from SB New State Rd onto SB Magee Ave. Currently navigation takes you through the neighborhood adding 2-3 minutes to the drive.
Unlock to level: ? not sure what to put here. If someone could make the change that is fine. I did enter into comments at that node.
