Please help deleting a segment with error

Please help deleting the following segment:

For some reason this segment started reporting errors when I tried to connect new segments to it and I noticed there were two identical segments superposed.

I could not connect or modify connections with this segment neither could delete it.

In order to keep connected the R14 I added a parallel segment also named R14.

I guess this is some kind of server error and maybe some of you can solve it or ask someone else to solve it.

Will appreciate your help.

Since it’s no longer visible and I didn’t do anything, I think it was a buffer problem.
P.S. : The R14 Was in fact the N14 and is now a freeway with toll from Bamako to Koulikoro (http://news.abamako.com/h/196516.html)
