Putting my house on the map - deliveries etc

Address location is
Connected to: Stannary Road,B3278, St Austell, PL26 8ST

The lane that connects to Stannary Road does not appear on the map either we have given this private road the name Moorview Barn Lane.

Since this house is a new build it is causing much confusion and most GPS systems are navigating via Telephone Lane which is incorrect.

Would it be possible to look into this? I have just recently update OpenStreetMap, Googlemaps and Bing Maps.

Thank you for not only doing this but also for being so swift too.
Every little bit helps.

I joined the Google maps contributors as well, hopefully they will fix things from their side as well as they have our house completely in the wrong area. And they have mislabelled the road as St Austell Road as opposed to the correct name as Stannary Road.

It’s no wonder couriers can’t locate us.
I guess you have also added the lane that connects Stannary Road to our house? Because it doesn’t exist Sat Nav forces us to drive through an inaccessible field, pick up Telephone Lane and then join Stannary Road. And that is what is happening to the couriers who all say they get directed up Telephone Lane and hit a dead end.

No worries. Yes, I added the private drive to aid with navigation in this case which will give a turn instruction for anyone using Waze.
