Hi,
Wazing round Strood, Kent and found this section of railway to be locked only at level 1. Made me curious as all other segments I’ve clicked on are level 5.

Hi ian, its because the person who added the level 1 segments is only level 2( might of been level 1 at time off adding) The max you can lock goes off your level, So if your level 1 you can only lock to level 1 and if your level 4 you can only lock to level 1-4. Does that make sence

Set that section to L5 lock…
They should also be set to level -5 so as to not interact with any other surrounding roads.

Yeah pretty much knew all about the levels you can lock off at. Was more the point of flagging it up to be locked at level 5, than anything else.

If you want it locked easiest way is as per the unlock process put a post in the unlock forum, with the subject of lock.
We would also often do this if we are making changes that are new and don’t show in the satellite images to prevent another well meaning editor from reverting the changes.

When I locked that I had no google imagery. There is something a little odd about this though. There appears to be two railway lines, one under the other!
Further investigations and I’ll tidy it up and deal with some other railways that are L1 locked too.

The reason being at the southern end of this section where they cross the River Medway, there is a junction with one track under the other, both on bridges above the roadway.
