NB Ventu Park Rd as it passes over the 101 indicates that you can turn left at the segment which is used for traffic exiting the NB 101 to proceed SB on Ventu, essentially allowing a u-turn. This left is not allowed; only traffic exiting the 101 is allowed on the segment.
In the permalink, the left turn should be disallowed.
