UR reports being sent down a private drive that is closed off. For some reason this minor roadway is locked to level 3 and I cannot turn off the access to the path. The private way is between Cedar Pond and Hardig Way.

Fixed it, you can definitely see that the road is blocked on streetview. I unlocked to level 2 as well; don’t want a brand new editor connecting the segments but no reason to have it at 3.
