U-turns are not permitted on Pacific Coast Highway in either direction at the intersection with Malibu Canyon Rd.
I’ve bow-tied it, and disabled the U-turns for the time being. I want to consider whether the portion of PCH west of there really needs to be split, but that can wait for another day…

I have PM’d the editor for the Pepperdine Campus to allow him/her the opportunity understand and correct flubs rather than having it corrected without explanation.
Just in case anyone looks and see’s my name. I fixed a couple things there including a few that would cause routing issues. I’m sure that’s what the UR’s there are for. I left the splits and stuff intact for you to undo.
