Please lower the lock on the highlighted ramp segments from 5 to 3. I would like to remove city names and make a few other miscellaneous edits for consistency with ramps in Michigan.

I could not get the link to highlight the segments in question. So if you still need this, please break it down to smaller selection of segments.
