This ramp between Ulmerton and Roosevelt needs to be disconnected from Ulmerton due to major road construction.

How about if you don’t worry about disconnecting it, but put a restriction on it instead. 
Yeah I thought of that at first, but it seemed like all the other major construction in the area was getting ramps disconnected vs. restricted, and I wanted to keep it uniform. The ramp is physically gone now too and the project won’t be completed until 2015.
Plus, disconnected and labeled ‘Closed’ makes it stand out more and less likely to be accidently turned back on until everything is good and done (“Hey, why is this red arrow pointing to a perfectly good looking ramp?”).
And lastly, that segment feeding the ramp is locked to rank 5, so it would need to be unlocked anyway. 
You’re not understanding what I’m saying. Don’t make the turn red, make the entire street as restricted 24/7
Oh hey…that’s a pretty good idea. Disconnected ramp still looks cooler, but that’ll do.
