Need the following to be updated:

- Allow all the proper turns at the junction of the on-ramp to I-83 N from Union Deposit Rd.
- Allow the proper turns at then junction where the exit ramp from I-83 N intersects with Union Deposit Rd for those going eastbound.

Segment selected has the two nodes on each end.
