Rank 5: Nokesville Rd and Hornbaker Rd

Good Afternoon,

When heading SW on Nokesville Rd the right turn onto Hornbacker is disallowed in the editor, but it should be switched to allowed. It was brought to my attention from an automated problem report. I know the area well and the right turn is allowed.
