Hi, I need this lock downgraded to Rank 3 so that I can put in a wayfinder segment. Currently, Waze gives no instruction to keep right at I-44, which should be there because the left lane exits to OK-66.

As it deals with an interstate I added the wayfinder directly rather than lowering the lock. Fixed
