Good afternoon, @denysdgcf.
How are you?
I haven’t received any message.
When trying to access the editing platform with all the correct details, it returns to the login and password home page for editing.
I’ve read some reports that this happens when edits are suspended, and it’s necessary to request the suspension be lifted to resume collaboration.

@denysdgcf I even remember that I had reached another level of editing.
Due to the suspension, not even the alerts available in the app are working, so when clicking on them, neither the points nor the alert itself appears.
